ATS housing vs Banks housing

What is the difference between the ATS turbo housing and the Banks turbo housing that they sell with some of their power kits?

The ATS is for the compressor (intake side) and is meant to stop compressor surge.

The Banks is for the exhaust side - and is a 1.0 a/r compared to the stock .84 a/r

He purchased it and then sold his truck after installing some of the Banks kit. Does anybody know how much these would run new?

No offense to anyone here, but I deliberately didn't mention it because I want it and didn't want to be bidding against other FTE members.

Thought it might be an interesting addition to my ATS housing. I very much like the idea of a 1.0 A/R housing instead of the stock 0.84. I've always thought the van turbo (1.15) went just a bit too far.

Anyway, I'll let you guys know 1) if I get it, and 2) if I DO get it, how it works.

Sorry about that arninetyes! I just wanted to make sure that if it went cheap to someone it would be a member of FTE!

No problem! In fact, if I didn't want it for myself, I probably would have mentioned it here for exactly the same reason.
