Removing window

I was going to post when I first read it. I was trying to remember how I did mine last year. It was a bugger to do. If I remember, I had to dimantle the motor and bellcrank system and just let it rest in the bottom of the door, plus I had a vertical support I had to remove. After that I had to sort of rotate the window a bit( rear up and forward down) and wiggle it out. I had just as much trouble getting it back in.

is it possible to do by drilling out the motor rivets and removing the whole assembly?? How do i remove that danged little vent window? I unbolted the two larger bolts, but the darned track is stil stiuck on the forwardmost part./..
