turn signal wire
I was going to replace the signal switch,But after removeing the old one I found that ther had been damage to the wires before. They are really short and a bum job of sodering.Is there a pig tail for this or do I have to pull those and replace.What kind of problems am I going to run into replaceing these wires.

Sorry I missed your post. But whatever year your truck is, more than likely the junkyard is going to be your only hope. Or a good soldering job with extension wire will work also. The only problem is it's so tight an area in the steering column.
