I'm looking at the 3" Skyjacker lift and I want some cheap but good off road perferably mud tires, that are cheap but good to fit on the stock 17s.. thanks!
You can try some Buckshots. But remember, you get what you pay for (made in china). Spend a little more and go with some Coopers good tire but less than the big brands.
I was looking at buckshots becuase all I've heard is good things about them, I know a guy with em i'ma ask em if he likes em or he wishes he had diff! thanks
go to pep boys they have great tires, i like the tires they sell most are made by cooper tire but sold under a private name. i my self HATE the big name tires: bfg, yokohama, mickey toms, 2 over rated!! just my 2 cents!!! good luck
?!?!?!?!? Hate big name tires? Those manufacturers, "big name tire companies", have the funds to invest in technological advancements to make their products a better product.
let me give you an example, with the big name tires if you go off roading and happen to rip, tear, or damage the tire in any way, shape,or form then you are out of at least $135-150.00 for that tire. now if you damage a cheap tire in any way, shape or form then you might be out of $65-85.00 a tire. i guess that i am just a cheap pennie pincher but that is why i hate big name tires. another example i will give is as follows: a while back i had a 1/2 chevy truck that had 295/50/15 tires on it i went out and bought BFG'S for it and within the year i needed new tires! so i went to p-boys and bought the el cheapo futura tire that they sell and 3years later when i sold the truck they still had at least 1/2 of their tread left, and no ride quality issue's. LIKE I SAID B-4 IT'S JUST MY 2 CENTS thanks!!
