Winter Gas

I saw a post saying that Winter Gas mix will give you bad gas miliage. What is winter Gas?

Plain and simple...winter gas is a special mixture of gasoline that is supposed to lower the emmisions of your vehicle. I dont know about the southern states but I do know that they use it above the snow belt usually between the months of November and March but I can be mistaken on this.

I was told about the mix ,Its for the winter months onlyBecouse of the moisture

Well I would think that if moisture was the problem it would be used more for the summer Months...here is a web page explaining winter gas...look at the 9th paragraph from the top...
