Fuel inline bypass valve

I have a 95 with a 320. My question is does this pressurized fuel system have a bypass for the fuel to by pass when the vehicle goes from directly underload to idle? Or is this checked up by the pressure regulator? Please pasrdon my fundamental questions. I'm still learning my truck. Thanks, David.

there is a regulator that is vacuum controlled.it keeps the pressure up for the injectors.some people leave the vacuum disconnected to keep fuel pressure up all the time.

Unhappy

The reason I ask this Edwardo, is because my 95 seems to want to run out of gas as stops ans starts. Plus under a load. Like up hill. I've ruled out the pump, filters and pressure regulator. They're all new. Along with almost everypart under the hood. lol. This is why I figured it could be something as simple as this. Hoping anyway. I even pulled my dist. and installed a new stator and set my timing from scratch. Loads more power because it must have been off. And I replaced the control module. I'm lost as lost can be.
