garmin 2610 installation
Hi everyone,
I reposted this in another board but
I just bought a Garmin 2610 from getfeetwet dot com. it was a sweetdeal, free shipping and 2years warranty. anyway
i own a delivery service and a gps really helps. I am thinkning of making a hole in the dash, and installing the unit there. and it pops up when i need it. Just like the ones in the new acuras. I am curious, has anyone ever done this before? has anyone semi permanently installed a GPS unit in thier cars?
I just dont want to leave the unit out for thieives to break into my car.
so thats why am planning to install it.. Thanks for your help guys.
