As you probably guessed, I am having probs with my ESOF not working. I checked for power at the plug on the transfer case motor the other day and it did. So I assumed it was the motor. Today, I hooked up a new motor and nothing changed. So then I unbolted the motor, removed it from the transfer case, but left it plugged in and ran the switch. It still didn't actuate. Remember, this is the new motor.
Is there suppose to be power to the two prong plug for the transfer case motor all the time or just when the selector switch is on 4hi and 4lo?
Next, I pulled #17 fuse under the hood. When I did this, I could here the relay clicking so I assumed that to be ok.
How does the actual power feed run between the fuse, the relay, the selector switch, and finally the transfer case motor?
