Most old FM dials would actually go do to around 87.1, this was before the digital tuners.

I got most of them right. All but two I think, the one about the dwarves threw me as I've never seen the movie, tried once and fell asleep.

This isn't a measure of observation - it is a measure of how "PROGRAMMED" you are.

On the face of it - I REJECT fourteen of the above criteria as random or immaterial. Many of us have no experience with the above.

THE EARTH IS FLAT ( he says) ACCEPT IT! (If we tell the dumb yokels that enough times - they will buy into it)

I can get away with a joke statement like that based on whether water swirls down the drain clockwise or counter in one of the questions. It depends on the direction of the jets.

Who cares about a soup label? Does it mark you as superiorly intelligent to notice the nutritional values? I would think it does - but to carry such baggage forever I would tend to regard as STUPID.

The colors thereon are beneath notice.

There is room in your head for many things. JUNK is not one of them, which is why I quit watching television.

NEXT QUESTION?

IE: I REFUTE the notion that paying attention to commercials is either a skill or a wanted evolutionary benefit.

Arbitrary nonsense will always attract notice on the net, however. It is the fundamental root of SPAM e-mails.

I think the above carries a value of 4d

Not sure who made this list, but several questions have wrong answers or there is no right answer.

Like the direction of fans, Mine is Clockwise looking at the face. I haev seen others going the other way. I kind of like to rebuild fans for fun.
Car lug nuts, depends what you mean by standard, 4, 5 and even 6 are standard. 5 is an old American standard for average but not compact cars. Most of the ricers I think have 4 and sine it seems they are the "standard" now adays, what number do we count?
I could swear traffic lights are green at the bottom but I have seen the opposite and then there are the horizontal ones. Dod a google search on stoplight and you will see green at the bottom or for those who are truly weird and collect such things look at... http://georgefrancisonline.homestead...ollection.html
The swirl of water in a drain has been shown to be essentially random and not influenced by the rotation of the earth. More influenced by kaos theory.
I have several radios and most show 88 as the bottom number. Some will tune to far lower than 88, I think one I have goes down to about 84. If they mean the official FM band width, I am not sure, but the dials are whatever the maker wants to put on them. BTW, the FCC webpage shows... FM broadcast band (88 MHz to 108 MHz).
The blinds in my office are all left handed. I have other blinds at home that are right or left and may depend on the window type.

Most merry go rounds I think are counter clockwise but I bet there are both. Wild guess is that most are counter since the "right hand rule" probably applies, Stick your thumb up, curl your fingers and you will see which way most things will turn.

A disgruntled answerer who thinks the list is wrong. So I shall count my answers as correct and boost my score. Harummmph.

some of those answers are wrong. I know for sure the question on the FM radio station is wrong. The deciminal is always odd (eg. 95.1, 95.3, 95.5, 95.7, 95.9) so 88 cannot be the answer. I also know that there is a 87.7, because i listen to it every day.

Also, On which side of a Venetian blind is the cord that adjusts the opening between the slats. It is the cord that adjust the opening between the slats. The slats always remain the same distance apart their angle just changes. Right should be the correct answer.

I got 21 correct with the above two.

The deciminal is always odd
yea, but it asked for number not decimal.

blind is the cord that adjusts the opening between the slats. It is the cord that adjust the opening between the slats
you dont pull your cord to retract them to the top?
