Pulled the exhaust off old greeny today, drained rad and engine block. Just about ready to pull out. Squared up my chop saw blade, progress is slow today . Its boring working by yourself lol.
Hey Rodder I took a look at that Beast of yours. Quite the looking machine. Keep us posted. Love the updates, good the see an old one being saved. That rad support and cab mounts were a common problem on them trucks, stayed that way until '76 I think when they finally put the rubber inserts on the fenderwells to save the crap from splashing up everywhere and rotting them out..... and yes working solo sucks
Thanks guy, I know a guy around here that has a real nice set of aluminum rims and tires . I want to put 35s or 38s on him. This guys into Chevy trucks so i might make him a deal on one that i have kicking around my back forty haha. He wants 1600.00 for rims and tires . i think they are super swampers . If this truck gets any bigger i'll have to change his name to the Hulk!!! Its allready hard to climb into haha. I'll need a ladder pretty soon. But its nice when you pull up beside new powerstokes and Dodge cummins and your at the same level if not higher hahaha.
Actually I'm the odd one here. I enjoy working by myself. At least I can have a conversation all to myself. Yes I talk out my problems while working on things. Like yes that goes there, but if I did this it would improve this. That type of talk. I do not know why, but I always have.
So working by myself I'm in my own little world and everyone there knows me.LOL LOL LOL.
