have any of you heard of an issues associated with these gauges? any fitment problems? i don't want to have to deal with broken trans probes, like autometer had a while back.
i have never heard of anyone with ATS guages. however, they know their stuff, and i am going to eventually buy the head studs, fire rings, and performance heads and ETC from them when i do the pulling truck transformation. (calm down guys, far far future) so i would buy from them.
so i got my ats gauges installed last year. an authorized ats dealer did the install.
about a month after install, the egt gauge went on the fritz. about two months later, a replacement gauge arrived and was installed by the same authorized dealer.
last week, the second egt gauge went on the fritz. hope i don't have to wait two months again.

sorry had to be said...i hope they get it fixed soon for ya..id feel lost with out them now that i got them...
Why are you getting ATS gauges? Might drop a line to these guys, there in the general area and will do better work and stand behind there products... www.elite-diesel.com
why would i not get ats gauges? until now, i am the only one who has posted problems with ats gauges.
general area? i do not live in co. the closest dealer to me is in ohio. you know the company you posted doesn't make gauges? they sell autometer gauges.
ats does stand behind their products. this will be the second gauge they have replaced, free of charge. do i like the down time? no. but there are no other authorized dealers for any brand gauge on my commute.

ATS does not make the gauges they sell... They are relabeled steward warner gauges... You can find the same gauge on Ebay for about 30% less... just because it doesn't say ATS...
There are two products I would get from ATS... there trans commander and the ATS housing. Other then that nothing they sell can not be had better for cheaper elsewhere.
ATS does NOT stand behind there products... Try getting a tranny from them... Good luck getting it replaced when it fails... Try getting a Turbo from them and have them warranty it. Try getting a set of injectors and then have an issue... I have picture I should post up of how they treat there coustmers... Not to mention there own people.
