MT to C-6

ok please help me that little ring with the bearings in it in the center of the flywheel/flexplate how do you get it out

Fill the centre completely with gease and find the exact size if punch to give the centre a wack with a large hammer. The grease will force the bearing/bushing out with hydralic pressure.
