Rust removal

I have the steel chrome wagon wheels on my truck.We have completely cleaned them up and look good but still have some rust still on the wheels what the best thing or way to remove the rust?

Wire wheels work nice. Maybe coat your wheels after you get them all cleaned up.

Wire wheels followed by sand blasting with a fine media.
