I'm not sure why it wouldn't.. I'd have to take some measurements... I made this one myself and have made a few others for some friends... Never tried an expedition before but it may be fun... what year? and if you're serious send me an e-mail...

nice light bar, i also have a bullbar and a light bar on my roof. did you have to wire the off-road lights with your high beams, because we have to do that. i was also wondering how you posted a picture of your truck.
