Nice 69 resto...

There's a great set of pics in the latest Classic Trucks mag of a stone stock restored 69 custom cab. I have to admire the restraint of these guys who can resist adding the extra chrome and accessories. Stu V did a beautiful job on his 4x4 a couple of years ago the same way, absolutely nothing added.

Thanks mike! I'm gonna pick up that rag tomorrow. They are very Ford friendly but there's never enough of our year trucks featured.

I agree with you, Barry. Unless you own a 53-6 or a 67-72 brand x, there's rarely anything relevant in either of the two classic truck magazines.

Nice 69 resto...

Picked up the magazein today. Wow- now thats one very nice looking 69! That guy def. took his time to get all the pieces lined up right. He even has the stock paint colors! I would say go buy it to anyone with our years of trucks, even though its only one big picture, then a few interior shots, still some good reading. The more I look at it though, the happier it makes me that I took my 69` into the custom range more than restored....
