Sounds to me like serious electrical gremlin and not mechanical. I would start making sure all grounds were clean and tight. I would remove each and every prodigy electrical connection to every Factory truck wire and make sure it is soundly and properly connected Preferably with soldered joints and NOT crimp on connectors. I would remove, clean and re install each and every electrical ground in the engine bay. I would disconnect every Factory connector under the dash and re connect them after inspecting for recessed pins (and fixing any found).
