351w rebuild and startup problems
i just rebuilt my 351w and it won't idle until it gets warm ca i just adjust the distributor
also there is any oil leak dripping down between the motor and bell housing so what can be done
and what should there be for oil pressure at idle on a new rebuild

Warm/hot idle should be 20psi or higher. My 393 started pretty high and after about 50-100 mi it dropped and now has stayed at 20psi hot idle.
Can you adjust the distributor?? Yeah, well turning the distributor adjusts the timing, did you set the timing? It should be set at 10* BTDC with the spout connector removed (assuming it's EFI).
Find where the leak is coming from, likely places are the back of the intake manifold, the rear main seal, or the back of the oil pan.
