'05 reg cab 4.6 performance?

Does anyone have any ideas on getting the most bang for the buck out of a 4.6?

tonneau cover, swapping out OEM muffler with aftermarket one, removing intake silencer (free), leveling kit

tuner, no doubt. I installed the superchips 1714 and it made a big difference on my truck. There are alot of new tuners on the market so shop around. I heard alot of good stuff about the Edge.
