Question Please help (OASIS)

I thought I posted this once already. There is no forum for the windstar and I frequent this Superduty forum and I know someone here can help me. I am thinking about buying a Windstar for a daily driver, but I wanted to see what I can find on it. I have a carfax the dealer provided which is clean but the engine is noisy. Can anyone run me an OASIS? Thanks in advance. VIN is 2fmza52401bb19018

Ken The FTE Webmaster/owner frowns upon users using FTE as a way to get this type of info for free.

He would like an OASIS Dennis. I believe Ken frowns upon users trying to get free Carfaxes (because they cost money). OASIS' are free.

Sorry, I thought Oasis was another company like Carfax.

If Oasis is free then I wonder why the orginal poster can't use it ?

The best place is the nearest AAA or CAA office for title/lein search

An Oasis is used by dealerships to show what kind of work/maitnance was performed on a specific vehicle by any (Ford) dealership. The dealer provided him with a carfax already, but the engine is making noise, so I think he is trying to see if this was an issue with the van before. Of course he could just as easily drop by or call any Ford dealership to obtain this information as well.

OASIS is the internal Ford database that service techs etc can access and tell you all about what has been done to a vehicle.
