95 Explorer Tranny Question
Transmission has just begun to shift slowly when cold. After driving a short time, shifting returns to normal. Most noticied when trying to shift to overdrive. Fluid level is good, recently had new torque converter installed (shudder problems that flushing would not cure). Thanks for any help!

No expert,but just had my 95 rebuilt, make sure you check fluid while motor is running and warm and in nuetral. FWIW I think the trans only go 100k (mine went to 117k) before rebuild was needed. Transmission is weak link in these models.
