16.5 rim help

i have a 77 f-250 4x4 with 16.5 wleels what is the width of the stock wheels? i also have a set of tsl radials 38x15x16.5 the recomended rim width is 9.75 in. and the tread width is 11.50 in. will they work on the stock wheels?

No Stock 16.5 wheels are 7 inches wide and that 9.75 is the mininum for that size tire. Most people run 10 or 12 inch rim for that size tire
