1977 460 stalling
I have a 1977 F-150 with a 460. It runs fine when it is cold but as it heats up it will start stalling when i am decelerate and make a turn(stalls after I turn). Doesn't do it all the time just periodically. The truck has a complete dual exhaust system which is in really bad shape. Could this stalling be caused by the exhaust(compression issue from the exhaust) or is there anything else that could cause this. I don't think the head gasket is blown because I am not loosing coolant. Oh yeah the truck is the non egr variety. I have replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pvc. The carb looks fairley new. This is driving me crazy any help will be appreciated.

It is an automatic transmission. I thought about the float level but unfortunately i cannot find any book that describes the procedure for adjusting it. Bought a chiltons manual but it does not show my carb motorcraft 4350. I know some of the vacuum lines are not connected correctly but cannot find a schematic for the engine my truck has. Autozone only shows ones with an egr and I don't have one.
