I want to know if anybody could give me an idea of what it would cost to build a 460scj and how hard it would be to get into my 78 f100. Also, how much power could i get out of it and what kind of rear end would i need if it is possible...thanks

Frank, did a 351M come in a 78 2wd truck, somehow I was under the impression that they were only offered in 4wds?
You will have to replace the tranny, and mounts, because the 460 is a different engine family. Depending on how much money you have to spend $2-6000.00 on the engine.
