truck vibrates

truck vibrates
My truck vibrates only when the brakes are applied especially at high speed. My guess is the drums are out of round or the rotor is warped. I need an opinion of what it could be. The steering wheel doesnt move though so maybe its not the rotors?

Than a drums probably warped. Try driving at a moderate speed and stopping only using the e-brake (only do this while holding the release lever up) and see if it makes the same vibration.

Ive figured i would pull the rotors off to get them checked now i cant get them off!!! Ive beat on it with a hammer. Ive adjusted the adjuster to pull the shoes off the drum and that didnt work!! I looks to me like its caught in the middle. I try to pry it off and the drum looks like it sticks in the center. Am i doing something wrong? Ive tried penetrating oil and a hammer and nothing.

Usually if the drum is stuck in the center you can beat in between the studs and it will pop off. If that doesn't work you'll probably have to heat the center of the drum up with a torch to get it to pop.
