Parking Lot Poll
There is another thread where a bit of "Arga-Warga" is going back and forth - but I was curious and so could not resist (You figure, if you know a hazard exists, do you take evasive action or not?)
We know some people in any large group will do irresponsible things. We also know shopping carts damage paint when they fly across the lot to the downhill side until they hit something.
BOTH these points are "Givens".
