tailgate noise need help

tailgate noise need help
I have a 04 f150 and about a month ago the tailgate started to squeak. It really makes the the ride with the back window down painful. I have taken it to the dealership and all they do is lube and tighten bolts. The sound is definitly coming from the tailgate. any ideas please.
