two suggestions.
1. get the seals/gaskets kit from ATS. It's like $14 and replaces all the orings on the turbo kit.
2. make sure the turbo is perfect before putting it on the truck (it's very annoying putting it on and than thinking it should have been rebuilt).
a rebuild will cost $350-$450, less if you can do it yourself, tho not much margin for error on rebuilding it.
