Check Engine Light

While towing our RV (40 foot toyhauler) from North Louisiana this past Sunday our 6.0 check engine light came on. It's got 28,000 miles on it and has regular service at our local Ford dealer including oil changes, etc. We continued home with an eye on the gauges, unhooked the RV, and drove it over to the Ford dealer before turning off the engine. The next morning (monday) we explained the situation to the dealer and they received the truck for service. We picked up the truck a couple days later and this is what the service ticket says:
EEC tested, codes P0238, P0478, P0401, PPT test monitored PIDS for EP sensor, no extreme difference in pressures, EP Sensor tested ok, PPT test for P0238 After clearing DTC's and retested MAP, Found MAP faulty, Replaced MAP sensor, PPT test on EGR valve, Found EGR valve sticking. Replaced EGR valve and retested. Systems OK at this time.
Service manager said that the MAP sensor was the first he'd seen go out. Probably a factory defective part. He also said the engine 'thought' it was 1000 feet below sea level. I told him it sometimes has a mind of its own and was thankful for the oil change and that they'd found the problem.

I walked out to the truck, patted it on the hood, and told it "I hope you know where you are now."

Any thoughts?
