I used these, yes they work for a 302
I modified mine to put the engine off center to the passenger's side like ford had them, they are designed to hold the engine in the middle of the bay.
You will also need a transmission adapter. If you use a stock ford one it is off center too.
I see you have a '63. you will have to modify the rear engine/transmission mount cross member to clear your application too. Don't cut it right out. It holds the parking brake cable.

Yes, Ford engines are off center in all their old trucks, 1- 3/16" inches (I am going by memory, someone correct if the number is different) to the passenger's side. the shape of the indent in the firewall will not line up on your engine if you put it in the centre..
Transdapt also make the transmission mount. It will work with a C6. It is meant to go with their engine mounts, so it is centered too.
Yes they bolt to the frame rails.

You don't have a mid engine crossmember to attatch them too. 65 and later f-100 4x2 trucks don't have front leaf spring suspension like we do. Therefore they can swap later model truck motor perches, disc brakes, and so on.
