Superpony,
I think you have something wrong other than getting bad calipers, rotors and such all the time. Maybe you have a brake line that's kinked/crushed or a bad proportional (?) valve - the valve that distributes the brake fluid.
I've never had brake trouble and don't know many that have, especially the kind you're having.
From all the reading I've done it seems the most common issue is warped rotors.
I've noticed my brakes sort of pulsating a bit as I'm slowing at slow speeds, sort of like braking normal then a bit hard-normal-hard, as I'm keeping steady pressure on the pedal. Feels like they may be slightly warped...
I have taken it to midas the first time and they told me my calipers were sticking and the rotors were warped. Turned the rotors and put new calipers on. Rotors have not warped yet, but the other two sets of rotors the pistons siezed in the bores.

Sounds like impact wrench syndrome to me. If you had your tires rotated did they torque them by hand?
My 2003 F-250 has had warped rotors at 45K miles with a front left sticking caliper. I just got around to doing the brakes. New pads and rotors. And a new bushings and slide pins in both calipers. The truck now has 57K on it.
My truck has 99456 miles on it sorry I missed you Forty Fords. Were is the proportioning valve? From what I can see the lines go straight into the ABS box then to the calipers. The set I have on right now (third set) are 3 weeks old and the drivers side is sticking again. Going to remove and inspect when kid goes to sleep. Always gad some pulsation at low speeds, not a concern I think.

I don't know if things have changed, but Midas and other tire stores "like" to replace calipers when they do brakes even though they don't need replacment.
I won't service ANY of my vehicles at those places...
My 2000 F350 S/C 5.4 Auto went 63,000 miles (102,000 Km), before I had to change pads, rotors and re-lube slide pins all the way around. The calipers dont wear as much as you would think, but the caliper slide pins get pitted and sticky if not removed and lubed regularly. I think they are ripping you off replacing calipers. Also, retorquing wheels when rotating is really important as this is what often starts the warping process and especially if the rotors are already worn down to thin specifications or have been turned. I live in a northern cold climate with very salty roads. Rotating tires and pulling caliper pins is a necessary evil on all vehicles or you end up with bigger parts replacements. If you are replacing go to better Cryo Slotted rotors and pads while you are spending the money. A 6500 lb truck needs good brakes :-)

I only took it for Midas because it happened at a bad time didn't want to deal with it, won't go back. I just took off all four tires and calipers myself. Front left, tons of brake dust, I was able to push the pistons in by hand. Pins weren't the best, alot of dust, but there was still lube.I looked at the pads, Holly ____ the pads are almost gone. They were half way when I put these calipers on about three weeks ago. All the rest of the brakes looked fine and I bled all four corners. The back actually looked to good, Still new. I have gone threw two sets on the front and the back are still new?

Wow...that does not sound good when you can push the pistons in by hand. That usually requires a tool (c-clamp, etc.). Lets see what others say about that.
You should get a better brand of brake pads. What brand are on now?
