coolant temp. sensor
There are two. One is just for the temp gauge, the other is for the computer & thats the one you needed to change if it's bad, it also is the one with more than one wire running to it. The single wire sensor is only for the temp gauge sending unit & it has no input to the computer.
Would be helpful if you would list the trouble code numbers you got from the computer & the order in which you extracted them, as Bill suggested this is important.
The MAF may just need cleaning, if so, remove it & carefully clean with throttle body cleaner & be careful not to damage the wire grid, or get things dusty or dirty from grimey hands, gotta keep it & the insides of the air tube squeeky clean, when your reassembling things.
If you find the MAF is dirty, you need to find out why it's dirty & fix that problem too, lest it get dirty again. Many times it's an improperly buttoned up air box, air tube, or air filter bypassing dirty air to the MAF sensor.
Also, as el conquistador said, it'll be important to depower/reset the computer, so it can relearn new operating parameters, with any new or cleaned parts.
You can do that by disconnecting the negative battery cable as suggested, or pulling the computers power fuse.
The O2 codes depending on what they are, could be from the upstream problems, so don't replace them yet.
How many miles on your ride now & where are you on due, past & present, scheduled maintenance???? Are you up to date on ALL scheduled replacement items????
So, list ALL your trouble codes, in the order you pulled them & all the parts you've replaced during this problem period & we'll all give you our best guesses on your next best step!!!
