HID Kit
My 2001 Excursion headlights are horrible. Almost like I have headlight covers on them. I was looking into the Helios HID 12000k kit. Anyone had any experience with them or recommend another.

i have the CATZ kit. its the 4500k kit. i dont like the color of the higher temp kits. mine are almost pure white. no blue or yellow, or purple. it is a high beam and low beam/ dual beam system. very bright. are your housings cloudy or yellowed? that would take performance away from your lights...

racer's right...cloudy lenses can take lots of performance out of your lighting system. (Gotta love plastic over glass lenses.)
If you have foglights, placing 9005s in place of the 9145s is a good start to improving lighting too.

Next weekend I will be gutting the entire interior for sound deadining and make way for the mas of wiring for the demo system. I'm one of those guys that likes to do everything in one clean sweep. As long as I'm motivated to work on it I might as well do everything on my list.
