my 90 F150 with the exact same powertrain got low teens at best on the freeway with 3.55 gears and a shell on it, so it just ges to show that rearend gearing, driving habits, and a bunch of other factors can change this number GREATLY.

It all depends on how the truck is setup. On the usual 2.73 and 3.08 you can see from 15 to 20 mpg with moderate driving. If the bearings are going and the tranny hasnt been lfushed and diffs arents changed in a while and tires are low and you have 3.55 and you drive harder and dont use OD or dont upshift you can see 12's to even single digits.
