Ford dealer unless you can find one that hans't been in the salvage yard too long. Otherwise I know of no one making them aftermarket. If you have a Ford Heavy Truck/Sterling dealer in the area, check with them before the regular Ford car dealers. They often supply fleets of Ford trucks and have access to the light truck parts inventory and since they buy/sell in volume their prices are sometimes better than the car dealers.
The picture shows a dash for a 87-91, but that's probably because they don't have an updated picture yet. The dashs for 92-96 are new there.
The one in the photo is only an upper dash section COVER but if he's looking for the actual pad that runs from the center over the radio across to the passenger window, its a dealer/boneyard item. The 92-96's have an actual padded section that surrounds the radio and tops the upper edge of the dasboard from center to the passenger side window defrost ducts.
