If you can feel it with your fingernail, here is the proper way to fix it.
Sand down area and feather back edges. Fill scratch with glazing or spot putty. Sand, prime guidecoat & sand some more. Then paint.
Or, just make sure its clean and grease free, and touch it up. I use a paper matchstick sometimes to avoid brush marks, perhaps you could find a airbrush kit at a hobby store to get a better rsult.
