Chassis is done.......FINALLY!!!!!!
What do you mean by offset? Left to right or with regards to pinion/transmission centerline? Either way, the U-joints take up the difference just fine. I used a driveshaft out of a '93 Ranger and all I needed to buy was a conversion joint for the transmission yolk. I've got up to 9" of travel with the rear airbags and I can spin the driveshaft freely by hand throughout the full range of motion. I got real lucky.
The gas tank is out of a '65 Mustang.
