I just bought a 1999 F-250, and I want to beef up the front end a little bit. I have been noticing that the newer f-250's rolling around town are built basically the same in the front, other than the lights. Does anyone know if I can buy the new set of headlights and put them on my 1999?

You will have to do some trimming to the header panel for them to fit correctly. Not a big deal from what I've seen/read. They '05-'06s also use a different bulb so you'll have to change out the pigtails as well.

I think you can go up to 2004, with nothing more than a headlight swap.
