fog light problems

fog light problems
I have a 1997 f150xlt, It does not have factory fog lights but the factory wiring for fog lights is in place, So here is my question... I bought a factory lightning bumper with the lights and also I bought a factory head light switch to operate the fog lights but I have no power at the plugs where the bulbs plug in and I think all of the fuses are in place, same with the relays?? but please any info would be gladly appreciated.

Unless he did more that he didn't mention, it sounds like he added the lights and the different headlight switch, and it worked. And you did find all the relays in the underhood box and all the fuses in both fuse boxes?
