E40D trans pan

Anny body know if a E40D trans pan replacement is a dealer part only can't finde stock replacement.Plus did a trans service on my 94 F-150 4x4 and the dam thing leaking and i bought the rubber gasket kit too not the cork so the trans pan was a little wavy around the bolt holes.Torque all the bolts down and it leaves a 3'' spot.

no luck they had a after market b/m no stock pans.

I will check those site out. the pan i have now is this common for a pan to leak like this on rubber gasket or go back to the cork gasket and put silicone on?
