There are aftermarket kits you can buy to accomplish this. They aren't always the most effective units though. And the drawback to adding the OEM setup is the expense. Unless you can find the window in a scrap yard that has the grid intact the pricetag on just the glass is somewhere in the $500-600 range. That doesn't include the time-delay circuit and the switch assembly in the dashboard.

haha redneck way that works
just make a mount out of sheet metal that will hold a small ceramic heater with fan built in run the cord to cigarette light plug in when you need it I did this when I found how much it would cost to fix mine works great(better than the stock one and a whole faster)just take the mount out in the summer and if your window is tinted knowone will ever know and cost about 25.00 bucks good luck
