polyurethane bumpstops might be an improvement, and polyurethane shock mounts tend to let the shock respond faster and smoother to small bumps. But for the rest of the Ibeam setup rubber is softer, and won't transfer vibrations the way polyurethane
I used Energy Suspension poly myself, I have no issues with vibrations or squeeking. It simply allows all the suspension to respond quicker because there is less flex in the bushings.
The rubber bushings should be available from any of your local parts stores.
Ok I flipped the coin and came up Poly insted of rubber.
I am very happy.I didn't think these bushing would make this big of a differance in the drive. My rubber ones were not gone but they were cracked and 40 years old.
It drives nice down the highway and it does squeak I also installed new gas filled shocks. at the same time and found that maybe during the accident that the spring on the drivers side was about a half turn out not letting the spring end seat in it proper location.
Like I said.....Nice ride.....I have been driving it daily ever since...
