I have a 1977 F-150 two wheel drive with a 400 and NP435. Will headers for the same truck in a four wheel drive fit mine?I can get a really good deal on a set of stainless headers, but they are made for the four wheeler.

holl, Unless you race your truck, headers are a waste of time and money. Good deal! OKAY buy them and re-sell them for a profit spend the money on your truck or beer. Headers really bite, always leak, cause excessive heat in the engine compartment, cook starters, are noisy, melt plug wires, clunk on clutch linkage and cross members, and sooooo on! Now you know why they are such a good deal...NOT!!

the easier air and fuel can get in and exhaust can get out the more efficient your truck will be, I would go for them, in 3 years i've only had ONE header leak that needed the gaskets replaced. so I feel the are reliable enough, especially when you install them right

Willam you sound like a DMV inspector. The headers will make everything flow easier and make your truck run better and they arent dookie looking like manifolds. Id get them and try it and if they dont work sell em and buy a set that will fiton your truck.
