tachometer and vibration
1980 f-100, short step side, 302-aod. 9" posi.I have a sunpro tach I need to install. I am used to the old s.b. chevy's and always ran h.e.i., which is stamped where to hook the tach to, but I don't know where to hook it on my ford coil. any help? Also, I have a first order vibration around 3 grand, which gets worse the higher it raps. now more about the truck, edelbrock performer cam and intake, 600 holley, 9" posi, 21 miles a gallon at 70 m.p.h. with the a/c on! It basically idles at 60. Perfect interior, perfect body, but lots of orange peel. no pics yet, but will post some soon! thanks for any help.

Green wire coming off the Duraspark Box...you will see two of them. Tap into the one that goes back up toward the cab.
I the vibration speed related or in every gear at the same RPM. Weird to get that good of mileage yet it shakes....seems to me it might not be engine related (but it could be a fan blade, i.e. bolt on item).
