Can't Find Engine Control Comp '92 E-150
According to Auto Zone it is;
UNDER HOOD, PASSENGER SIDE, REAR ENGINE AREA, ABOVE
PASSENGER SIDE OF BLOWER MOTOR, MOUNTED ON FIREWALL
Can anybody give a better description of its where-abouts?

First, it doesn't look like the photo you have.
It's on the driver's side, below the brake master cylinder. There is a large wiring harness that looks like it bolts to the sheet metal going into the van. It actually bolts to the PCM. Loosen the 10mm bolt and remove the wiring harness from the PCM. I think there is another bolt holding the PCM in place, it's been a while since I took mine out.
