Reason: change title
Ditto on the MBRP system. Try without the muffler and if too loud get the muffler of your choice. No muffler is a little louder but also has more whistle.

i agree with nut. i made the mistake of putting on the muffler and was disappointed with the sound. without the muffler you can really hear your turbo and the truck really isnt that loud. much quieter than i thought it would be
I have a 5" with the muffler and it's all turbo sound. It really depends on what you want to hear and how loud you want it. 5" is more for fun. I can't see it being any better for the motor than 4" with a free flow.
From what I've been told, unless you park it in salt water, aluminized with last a good long time. That's from a friend who's a big truck mechanic. There may be differing opinions on it. I live on the coast and will keep an eye on it this summer.

Agreed...i've read many folks likeing the aluminized exhaust and not having any issues.
