vibration kit
I've been perusing my CD truck manual for this site and I came across a "rear vibration kit". It's a device that attatches to the inside back of the cab to reduce vibration.

I've never seen one, and am curious what they look like and what exactly they are supposed to do. Sorry I couldn't help more...
