93' aerostar, door ajar light
this has been bothering me alot i'm doing some work on our 93' 3.0/RWD van, at 190,000 its due for some work, one of the items i need to fix is the door ajar light comes on under any sort of acceleration if i hit the gas it will come on, sometimes go back off, its rather annoying hearing the relay click, i initially thought it was the latch switch on the hatch, but i disconnected it and the problem still remains, is there some sorf of mercury switch for any of these doors that could be screwing up?

The sliding door will do kthis, sometimes you can clean the contacts between the door and the post, but if it is like mine, the roller on the door is bad and the door is slitey out of aline so the contacts are not working as they should.
