Got my new honeycomb grill and installed it, also repositioned the lights so they mount from the top instead of the fiberglass grill support, had to fab up a bracket so it's bolted to the rad support for less vibration.
I think it looks really good. I've been wantin to do the same thing to my 97 4x4. I have the pre-honeycomb grill. Its just diaganol slats instead of honey comb, but itd be the same difference with lights behind it. But it looks really good.
Did you wash your truck in the garage... floors a little wet
Ya I gave it a quick once over in the garage, spring weather keeps the carwashes going full tilt, line-ups everywhere.
The grill came from the wreckers off a 03 FX4 that was smoked from the side, paid 45 buckaroos for it, figured I got a good deal
spring weather? isn't there snow outside in those pics?
The Northeast and our good friends to the north call this Spring!! When we can go outside without being carried away by the gales and the cold doesn't suck the breath out of our lungs!! My friend Marty in Alaska knows it's spring, because it gets light out for a few minutes around noon!!
