Hello- Welcome to FTE! Check out the list of tech forums we have on FTE. There is a wealth of information and expertise here to help you. There are a number of links in my sig below to help you also. Have fun!
You can find them in any can of soup, or Toyota or... any item made from "recycled" steel. Most of them rusted very badly and have long since been deposited in the scrap heap. There are a few around so check on ebay, classifieds etc. They are Mazda trucks so check the Mazda forums and ebay listings also. About the only part that was Ford was the logo.

thanx torque1st, i new they wher mazdas, but i didn't realize they rusted out so badly. i have a 65 falcon and a 68 bronco...i want a little runabout that gets decent gas milege and has a bed. my step fathers had over 200,000 miles when he sold it and got nearly 30 miles per gallon. i guess a ranger wouldn't be out of the question but i'd sure like to have something pre 80's (i like old stuff).
They definitely do rust! My family had 2 of them. You didn't mention whether you used to have a manual transmission or an automatic. The manual was fun to drive and zipped around pretty good. The auto linked to that little motor was kind of a dog in comparison.
An odd thing about the Courrier truck. Mazdz made them and shipped them over here with the Ford badging, but without a bed, just the rails. The beds were made here and then painted to match and put on.
That is why a Courrier in any color but white always had the cab and bed different colors after a few years. One paint would fade a lot worse than the other because of the difference in the chemical makeup between the Japanese and American paint.
You can find Couriers for sale in FL and other areas where there is no salting of the roads and people like the "low rider" or "ricer" look. It is a kind of "cool" truck they like to slam and stuff lke that since it is rare and has that boxy look.

I understand your nostalgia for one of these, but they are, for the most part now, junk.
A pre-'85 Mazda B2000 will give you low enough performance to make you think you are in a wheezing 1.8 liter rust bucket, but may be more attainable.
