The article is almost a year old, but I think it tells us where Ford is headed with the V10. The entire article is interesting, but only the last couple of paragraphs pertain to the V10.
With bus delivery slated for this year (according to the article) and the prototype tri-fuel engine at the auto show, I think we'll continue to see the V10 for a while... even if it doesn't have spark plugs.
Well that was a good piece of information, the v-10 mite lives on in new eras
of technology. We all have known that the horse(v10) is a very mighty and capable platform to create from. We all have driven diesel powered trucks
and myself has always returned to the v10 engine in the super duty, you
cannot produce the feel of it with nothing else. I hope ford uses its vast
wealth of knowledge and strives for excellance to improve this mighty engine
and will keep it going strong.
